In 2015, we set out to change the way that companies build and support technology for their mobile workforces. For several years, we designed, developed and deployed mobile technology for clients who demanded a customized, high-quality technology solution for their workforce. As our process evolved, we asked more questions about user engagement, especially if we hadn’t been involved in creating the original solutions.
What we found was frustrating: Universally, enterprises were struggling to get user adoption and engagement to acceptable levels. With low engagement, companies were investing millions of dollars in field technology but not realizing the “R” in ROI.
No one complained about training, the blame was often placed on the software, the IT department, or the users themselves.
We knew there was more to this issue.
Rather than limit the value we provide to only building new apps, we realized what the market needed most was a better way to improve engagement with its existing apps. We were uniquely positioned to take on this challenge:
- We knew how to design and build mobile technology.
- We knew how to work in large, complex organizations.
- Most importantly, we knew--perhaps better than anyone else--the needs of mobile workers.
So, we built a solution to solve the challenge.
Skyllful (pronounced skill-ful) brings mobile application training directly to the devices that mobile users already use. Whether a company is deploying a new solution or trying to improve engagement with its existing apps, we can deploy our training simulation platform directly to the users’ devices. It’s hands-on training for hands-on workers.
Skyllful represents such a massive impact to our customers, we’ve decided to rename our company and assume the brand of our flagship solution! Beginning May 1st, 2020 we will migrate our branding to Skyllful. Our website and email domain will be skyllful.com.
Don’t worry, we will continue to design and develop custom software solutions. But our ability to add value is expanded greatly by supporting existing and new solutions from other providers or your internal teams.
We may have changed our name, but we are certainly not changing the way we do business.
