By licensed user, sized to the capacity band you select (for Essentials and Enterprise plans). A 5,000-user plan covers up to 5,000 licensed users regardless of how active each one is in a given month or year. No per-active-user metering, no overage billing inside your band. Intelligence is an add-on you can opt into by groups of 100 users. Some teams want the intelligence layer for a certain segment of their service team, we make that happen.
Yes. Tier changes happen inside your existing agreement, prorated. Some customers start at Essentials to prove out a single business unit, then move to Enterprise when they're ready to deploy to their full frontline workforce. The Intelligence tier requires Enterprise as a foundation.
Enterprise doesn't require any direct integrations. We simulate tech and physical workflows through the documentation process that operates in a separate, sandboxed environment. With the Intelligence tier, integrations are introduced to create proactive support. The more data Skyllful has, the more proactive Intelligence can be.
