We are thrilled to announce the latest updates and improvements to Skyllful, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflows. Based on your valuable feedback, we've introduced several new features and enhancements.

Skyllful IQ: Enhanced Learners view

By popular request from our users, we have added new columns to IQ's Learners' view. These new columns provide a more comprehensive overview of the learner's progress and engagement. Here's how this benefits administrators and supervisors:

• Date Added: helps track when a specific training module was added for learners to consume, allowing for better monitoring of training schedules and adherence.
• Date Completed enables supervisors to quickly see when training was finalized, assisting in the timely evaluation of learner performance.
• Last Interaction Date gives insights into learner engagement, indicating how recently learners have interacted with the training content.

The ability to export this information empowers supervisors, including those further removed from the direct creation or adjustment of learning content, to create detailed reports and facilitate a smooth transition from content creation to learner experience to analytics.

The overall benefits of IQ for supervisors include:

• Enhanced Oversight: Gain a comprehensive view of training progress and effectiveness across teams, enabling better decision-making.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize detailed analytics to identify trends, pinpoint areas of improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.

Additional updates

Improved Step Approval

We have restyled and repositioned the step approval button closer to other collaboration tools to enhance user experience, as some users mistook it for a save function.

Updated Simulator Controls

This is a minor tweak with great benefit. The close button will now hide while a video is playing in the Simulator. Tapping the screen will bring the controls back, providing a cleaner viewing experience.

Just-in-time Loader Enhancement

When the Just-in-Time Loader was turned off, Simulator previously loaded all steps in the background. Based on user feedback, this function was causing some undue friction. Now the Just-in-time Loader is turned on by default to improve the lesson loading experience for our users.

Improved Layout for Smaller Form Factors

We've optimized the layout of metric cards and filter controls in IQ for better usability on smaller screens, ensuring a more intuitive and accessible interface.

Coming soon: Lesson Versioning

We will be releasing a significant enhancement to our platform for Instructional Designers and content creators soon. Lesson Versioning is predicted to be a powerful new feature that will allow for seamless editing of published lessons and provide the ability to revert to previous versions within the Lesson Builder. Stay tuned for its release!
