New mobile features: QR code scanning, in-app language switching, and offline mode.

The newest version of our mobile applications for iOS and Android have been updated to improve deep-linking via QR codes, language switching, and offline functionality:

  • QR Code Scanning: A new "Scan QR Code" button is now available on both the login and home screens, allowing users to quickly access enrollment links, lessons, assignments, and reference materials by scanning QR codes without relying on the default camera app of the device.
  • In-App Language Switching: Change your preferred language directly within the app's Settings menu instead of just at the login screen, offering a better experience for multilingual users.
  • Offline Mode and Content Management: Enable Offline Mode in Settings to access downloaded content without internet connectivity online. Manage your offline resources by deleting old ones to free up space.

Skyllful Studio: Learning Program Settings screen

Learning Program Settings gathers program-wide controls in one screen.

This release reorganizes learning program-wide functions into a dedicated settings screen, reducing clutter in the Quick Links section and improving accessibility to key administrative controls.

  • Job Roles and Language Settings have been moved from Quick Links to the new Learning Program Settings screen.
  • Editing the learning program title and thumbnail is now done within the settings screen, this keeps the main learning program view focused on essential course details.
  • Under the Lesson Defaults tab administrators can specify the maximum lesson size, with future updates planned for adding default prompt styles and voice-over settings.
  • Consolidated SSO Management: SSO settings have been relocated from User Management to Learning Program Settings, from here administrators can manage auto-provisioning and role assignments based on claim values.

This reorganization ensures that learning program-wide settings are grouped in one place, reducing screen clutter and creates a home for some exciting new features we will be introducing in the future.
