View Learning Activity History
History is the permanent record of the training you have worked through, and this article shows you how to open it, how to read a day's activity, and what each field of an activity report is telling you.
Why does Skyllful keep a history?
Because "I did that training" is worth being able to prove, and because you will sometimes want to check.
History is the record of every activity you have worked through: which Lesson, which mode, on what day, and for how long. It is yours to read whenever you want it, and it is the same record your manager sees.
Where is it?
History is one of the three buttons at the bottom of the main screen, next to Logout and Settings. It opens from wherever you are.
What do you see when you open it?
A list of days, most recent first, one card per day of training.
Each card shows the date down the left, then the Assignment you were working in, then two counts.

How do you open a single activity?

What does History Detail show?
Seven fields, in this order.

| Connection | The kind of connection your device was on at the time, such as 4g. |
Note: There is no score in an activity report. History records what you worked on and for how long, not how well you did.
What do the words next to each activity mean?
Each row in a day's list pairs the mode with what happened to it. Attempted means you started that mode and did not get to the end of it. A finished mode is described in the words that suit it, so a video you watched all the way through reads Video Watched.
An activity that says Attempted is not a failure and it is not a problem. It usually means you were interrupted. Open the Lesson again and pick it back up.
Why is today's training not in my History yet?
Almost always because it has not synced.
Your activity is stored on your device first and sent to Skyllful when the app has a connection. If you have been working somewhere with no signal, the record is safe on your phone but it is not in Skyllful yet, and Last Sync at the top of History will show a time earlier than your most recent Lesson.
Get back into coverage and it will catch up on its own.
FAQ
Does History show everything, or only what I finished? Everything you worked on, finished or not. Anything you started but did not complete is recorded as Attempted.
Why does one Lesson appear several times? Because each mode you work is its own activity, and so is each time you go back to one.
Can I delete something from my History? No. The record is not editable from the app. If something in it looks wrong, tell your manager.
Why does Duration look shorter than the time I spent? Duration measures the mode you were in, not the time the app was open. Reading a start screen or looking through your Assignments is not counted.
What is the Connection field for? It records the kind of connection you were on, which is useful when somebody is working out why a Lesson was slow.
My manager says they cannot see a Lesson I finished. Why? If Last Sync is older than the Lesson, it has not reached Skyllful yet. Reconnect and let it sync.
