What is the Screen Library?
The Screen Library is the central store of screens for a Learning Program. Every captured screen and Screen Replica in the program lives here, ready to be reused across Lessons instead of being rebuilt.
Each screen card shows the screen's name, its dimensions, its type, and how many Lessons use it.
Each Learning Program has its own Screen Library. Screens uploaded to one program are not available in another.
It is one of three asset libraries in Studio, alongside the Image Library and the Video Library.
How do you open the Screen Library?
You can reach it two ways.

How do you add a screen?

The library accepts HTML captures and PNG or JPEG screenshots. Your screens appear in the grid once the upload finishes.
How do you find a screen?
The filter row and the sort row sit above the grid, and page controls sit below it.

How do you see where a screen is used?
Each card carries usage counts in its bottom corner. Select the counts to expand the Active Versions list, which names each Lesson that uses the screen and links you straight to it.
To find screens that are not used anywhere, set Filter by Usage to Unused Screens.
What can you do with a screen?
Select the menu icon (⋯) on a screen card. The options you see depend on the screen's type and your permissions.

How do you reuse a screen in a Lesson?
You do not select screens from inside the Screen Library. Like the Image Library, it is a store, not a picker. When you build or edit a Lesson, you choose from the screens stored here rather than capturing the same screen again.
FAQ
What does the usage count on a screen mean? It shows how many Lessons use that screen. Select the count to see the Lessons by name in the Active Versions list.
Can you tell which screens are still drafts? Yes. Select the Drafts only checkbox to show only draft screens.
What file types can I upload? HTML captures and PNG or JPEG screenshots.
Is the Screen Library shared across Learning Programs? No. Each program has its own library.
What are the screen types? HTML for captured webpages and applications, XD for imported design files, Replica for Screen Replicas, and Screenshot for uploaded images.
