Using the Screen Library

What is the Screen Library?

It is the central store of Screen Replicas for a Learning Program.
Each screen shows its name, dimensions, file size, format, and how many Lessons use it.
It lets you reuse a screen across Lessons instead of rebuilding it.

How do you open the Screen Library?

Step	Action
1	Open the Learning Program in Skyllful Studio.
2	Scroll to the Quick Links section.
3	Select Screen Library.

How do you find a screen?

Filter By Name.
Filter by Type.
Filter by Usage to find used or unused screens.
Filter by Lesson to see screens used in a specific Lesson.
Select Drafts only to show draft screens.
Sort by Name, Dimensions, File Size, Created, Updated, or Lessons.

How do you add a screen?

Step	Action
1	In the Screen Library, select Choose files, or drag and drop the image onto the upload area.
2	Wait for the screen to appear in the library.

How do you reuse a screen in a Lesson?

Find the screen in the Screen Library, then add it to a Lesson. For how screens are used inside a Lesson, see [LINK TO: Using Replicas in Lesson Development].

Frequently asked questions

What does the usage count on a screen mean?

It shows how many Lessons use that screen. Use Filter by Usage to find screens that are not used anywhere.

Can you tell which screens are still drafts?

Yes. Select the Drafts only checkbox to show only draft screens.
