Translating Lessons Using AI
Skyllful Studio's AI engine translates Lesson content and titles automatically, with no manual copy and paste, and a side-by-side view shows the English beside the translated language so your team can review each result. AI-generated text is marked with an asterisk to flag what still needs human review before release.
How does AI translation work in Skyllful?
Skyllful's AI engine generates translations for your Lesson content automatically. It translates both the Lesson content and the Lesson titles for you, so there is no manual copy and paste. When a translation is AI-generated, an asterisk (*) appears next to the text to signal that it still needs human quality control (QC). After a translator reviews the text, deleting the asterisk marks the section as verified. This gives your team a clear view of what has been auto-translated versus what a person has confirmed.
How do you translate a Lesson with AI?

Note: AI is a starting point, not the finish line. Always apply human QC before releasing. Remember that screen images, embedded media, and external files may need to be localized separately.
How do you review AI translations side by side?
Skyllful shows a side-by-side view so you can review each AI translation in context. The original English appears beside the translated language, field by field, so you can compare the two and confirm the meaning and tone are correct.

What if the AI translation looks wrong?
Edit the field directly, then delete the asterisk once you have corrected it. If the AI engine does not generate translations at all, contact your Local Administrator first. If your Local Administrator cannot resolve the issue, submit a case through the Skyllful support portal.
