Track JITT Compliance and Due Dates

A JITT Assignment is measured against a due date that belongs to each Learner rather than to the group, so Skyllful IQ reports it differently, replacing Readiness and Complete with Compliance and giving every Learner an expandable list of their own deadlines.

Why does a JITT Assignment look different in IQ?

Every other Assignment type asks how much of a body of work a Learner has finished. A JITT Assignment asks something narrower: did this Learner complete this training before their deadline.

That deadline belongs to the individual, not the group. Two Learners on the same JITT Assignment can have completely different due dates, and often several each. So the usual measures do not fit, and Skyllful IQ reports a JITT Assignment on its own terms.

What is different at the top of the dashboard?

On most Assignments
On a JITT Assignment
The view band reports % Readiness and % Complete The view band reports Compliance
A Campaign shows days remaining and a schedule status There is no countdown and no schedule status, because there is no shared deadline to be on or off

Note: Compliance reads N/A until there is something to measure. That is not an error, it means no due date has come and gone yet.

The Overview lens itself is unchanged. The same five counters appear, and they behave as they do everywhere else.

What does the Learners lens show?

A different set of columns from every other Assignment type, built around deadlines rather than progress.

Column
What it tells you
Name, Role, Manager Name Who the Learner is and who they report to
Number of JITTs How many due dates this Learner has been given on this Assignment
Number of Completed JITTs How many of those they have finished
Compliance How they are doing against their deadlines
Avg. Time on JITT How long they typically take once they start
City, Region, Market, Warehouse Where they are based

Note: Readiness, the Module and Lesson counts, the Knowledge Check columns and the Date Added and Date Completed columns are all absent here. If you are looking for them, you are on a JITT Assignment and they do not apply.

How do you see one Learner's due dates?

Expand the Learner's row. Underneath it you get one line per due date they have been given.

Column
What it shows
Due Date and Time When that piece of training was due
Completed Date and Time When they finished it, or nothing if they have not
Lessons Assigned How many Lessons that deadline covered
Lessons Completed How many of them they finished

Note: A completion later than its due date is shown in red. That is the fastest way to read the list: scan the Completed column, and anything red was late. A blank Completed column means the training has not been done at all, which is a different problem from doing it late.

This is also where the shape of JITT becomes obvious. A Learner does not have one deadline, they have a running series of them, and the list is the record of how they have handled each one.

How do you add a due date?

Expand the Learner's row and use Add Due Date at the right of the due-date list.

Best practice: Before adding one by hand, check whether the Assignment should be doing it for you. In most real deployments JITT due dates are set automatically, calculated from an event in another system, so a manually added date is the exception rather than the routine.

FAQ

Compliance shows N/A. Nothing has come due yet, so there is nothing to be compliant or non-compliant with.

Where is Readiness on this Assignment? It is not reported on JITT. Readiness measures how much of an assigned body of work has been engaged with, and a JITT Assignment is measured against deadlines instead.

A Learner has three JITTs and one completed. Is that bad? Not on its own. Expand the row and look at the due dates. Two of the three may not have come due yet.

Why is one completion date red? It was later than its due date.

A Learner has a due date with nothing in the Completed column. They have not done that training. If the due date has passed, that is the list you want to be messaging about.

Can I message from here? Yes. Select Learners and use Send Selected A Message, exactly as on any other Assignment.

Why does this Assignment have no end date countdown? Only a Campaign has one end date shared by every Learner. A JITT Assignment gives each Learner their own dates.
