Simulator Navigation Overview
This overview walks Learners through the Skyllful Simulator interface, a mobile-first app, so they can find their Assignments, reference materials, messages, and history with confidence, and use newer controls like Scan QR, in-app language switching, and the updated search bar.
What does the Skyllful Simulator interface look like?
Skyllful Simulator is a mobile-first app, so it is designed for your phone. It may look different on a tablet or desktop. When you open Skyllful Simulator, you land on the main screen, where you can reach your Assignments, reference materials, and messages. On handheld devices, your Lessons stack vertically so they are easy to scroll through with one hand.
What are the main tabs in Skyllful Simulator?
Skyllful Simulator organizes your content into three tabs.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Assignments | The Lessons currently assigned to you. This is where you complete your training. |
| Reference | Helpful, non-graded content set aside for you to use as reference material. |
| Messages | Messages from your supervisors and administrators, sorted from newest to oldest. |
What other controls are on the screen?
Along with the tabs, Skyllful Simulator gives you a few controls for searching, scanning, changing language, working offline, and managing your session.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search | Quickly finds an Assignment or reference item. You can save a search to reuse it later. The search bar is now larger and easier to reach, and it sits in a new, more prominent spot. |
| Scan QR | Opens a scanner right in the app. Scan a QR code to open enrollment links, Lessons, Assignments, and reference materials. |
| Language (in Settings) | Switches the app language from inside Settings, without leaving Skyllful Simulator. |
| History | Opens your recent activity, where you can review completed training and manually sync offline progress. |
| Online Mode toggle | Switches between online and offline modes so you can view content you downloaded for offline use. |
| Logout | Ends your session and returns you to the sign-in screen. |
How do the video controls work during a Lesson?
When a video plays, the on-screen video controls auto-hide so nothing blocks the content. Tap the screen to bring the controls back when you need to pause, replay, or move through the video.
