Share a Lesson

Skyllful Studio lets you share direct access to Assignments and Lessons using URLs and QR codes. These work across the Skyllful Web, iOS, and Android Simulators and are copied from Assignment Settings. For example, in a digital study guide for a team of field technicians, you can embed a direct link that opens the Assignment in the Simulator, or a QR code they can scan to jump straight into a Lesson.

Copy a Link to an Assignment

Step	Action
1	Go to Assignment Settings in Studio.
2	Scroll to the URLs section.
3	Click Copy Link to copy the Assignment URL to your clipboard.

This link opens in the Skyllful Web Simulator and auto-selects the Assignment.

Copy a QR Code for an Assignment

Step	Action
1	In the same URLs section, click Copy QR Code.
2	The QR image is copied to your clipboard.
3	Paste it into documents, emails, or study guides.

The code can be scanned with a mobile device camera or the Skyllful Simulator's built-in QR scanner.

Link to an Individual Lesson

Step	Action
1	In Assignment Settings, go to the Lessons tab.
2	Find the Lesson and click to copy the available link or QR code.

The Lesson must be published for the link or code to work.

Share a Lesson for Review

You can share a Lesson so stakeholders can review it and give feedback before you publish. Choose the sharing option that fits who is reviewing.

Option	What it does
No-login review link	Share a link that lets reviewers open the Lesson without signing in. [VERIFY: exact control and label.]
In-context comments	Reviewers leave comments right on the step or element they are looking at, including comments on videos. [VERIFY: exact commenting controls, including on videos.]
Authenticated Preview	Require reviewers to sign in with your organization's SSO before they can open the Lesson. Use this when the content should only be seen by people inside your organization. [VERIFY: exact label and SSO behavior.]

Preview Links as a Studio User

For a shared link to work, confirm that:

The Assignment is active, within its availability date range.
The Lesson is published.
You are assigned to the Assignment as a Learner.
