Lessons Dashboard Overview

The Lessons Dashboard is a tool inside Skyllful Studio that shows how Learners are doing in each Lesson, one step at a time, so you can spot where they struggle and improve your content proactively. You can read the step grid, compare Lesson versions, filter the view, and open step heatmaps.

What is the Lessons Dashboard?

The Lessons Dashboard shows how Learners perform in each Lesson, step by step. It surfaces where Learners make incorrect actions so you can identify difficult steps and improve them before they affect more Learners.

Who uses it?

The dashboard is for anyone invested in training effectiveness: content creators, program administrators, learning leaders, and key stakeholders.

How do you open it?

  1. Navigate to your Learning Program.
  2. Select the Lessons Dashboard quick link from the Learning Program Overview.

What do the colors mean?

Cell What it means
Green Most Learners are succeeding at this step.
Yellow Moderate error rates; worth investigating.
Red High struggle rates. Click the cell to open the Heatmap Viewer.
0 Actions No incorrect tap data was recorded at this step.
-- This step does not exist in that Lesson version.

How do you compare Lesson versions?

The step grid lines up steps across Lesson versions so you can compare them side by side. A cell shows -- when a step does not exist in that Lesson version, which helps you see how steps were added or removed between versions. [VERIFY: exact version comparison controls and labels on the live Platform.]

How do you open a step heatmap?

Click any red cell (or another colored cell) to open the Heatmap Viewer for that step. The heatmap shows where Learners tapped, so you can see where and why they struggled.
