Learning Program Settings is where you manage how Lessons look, sound, and are assigned, and this article covers Lesson Defaults, Language Settings, SSO Management, and Job Roles, for Administrators.
What can you set in Lesson Defaults?
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Content Size | Set the maximum lesson size to keep playback smooth on mobile devices. |
| Default Voice Over | Choose the voice style (region, gender, AI voice type) for narration; preview before applying to new or existing Lessons. |
| Prompt Style | Customize how prompts appear (spotlight backgrounds, dialog boxes, outlines) to keep Learners focused. |
What can you do in Language Settings?
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Supported Languages | Enable languages such as English, Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. |
| XD Language Files | Upload JSON files with translated screen replica text; they apply program-wide for consistent localization. |
What does SSO Management do?
It streamlines onboarding by automatically assigning managers, roles, and tags when Learners sign in with Single Sign-On.

|---|---|
| Default Assigned Manager | Link new users to a manager based on claim values. |
| Default Assigned Role | Set the default role (learner, manager, admin) for new users. |
| Tags to Add | Apply tags (for example, region or department) for organization and reporting. |
| Auto-Provisioning Toggle | Turn auto-provisioning on or off for the program. |
What are Job Roles?

| Add Roles | Create titles like Technician, Driver, or Supervisor to reflect your organization. |
| Manage Roles | View, edit, or delete roles as needed. |
| Assign Training | Map Lessons or paths to roles so Learners only see relevant training. |
