Review a Single Learner's Progress
Clicking a name on the Learners lens opens that Learner's own page, which gathers their progress on this Assignment into three charts, nine summary figures, and a dated list of every Lesson they have completed.
Why would you open one Learner's page?
The Learners lens gives you a row per Learner, which is the right shape for comparing a group and the wrong shape for understanding one Learner. A row tells you a Learner is at 40% Readiness. It does not tell you what they have actually done, when they did it, or where the time went.
Each Learner has their own page in Skyllful IQ that answers that. It is where you go before a conversation with a Learner or their manager, because it turns a number on a list into an account of what happened.
How do you open it?
From the Learners lens, click the Learner's name, or the control at the start of their row. Both are labeled View user details.
Note: The page is scoped to the Assignment you came from, exactly like the rest of Skyllful IQ. A Learner enrolled in three Assignments has three of these pages, each reporting only on its own Assignment. If the figures look lower than you expect, check which Assignment you are in before you check anything else.
What is at the top of the page?
The Learner's name, with three details beneath it.

These come from the Learner's record rather than from anything they have done, so a blank field here means the record needs filling in.
Note: For a Learner who signs in with a Skyllful username and password, this block also carries their Username and the controls to reset that password. Learners who sign in through single sign-on have neither, because Skyllful does not hold their credentials. That is why this block looks different from one Learner to the next.
Below that sit three charts: Progress, Messages Sent and Completion Rate. They plot this Learner's activity over the life of the Assignment, so a flat line and a recent start date mean different things from a flat line and a start date months ago.

Note: Read Average Lesson Time against Failed Knowledge Check Attempts rather than on its own. A fast average with failed attempts suggests rushing. A slow average with none suggests care, or content that is harder than its estimate allows for.

Every Lesson this Learner has completed on this Assignment, one row each.

Every column here can be sorted, and an icon at the right of the Activity heading exports the list, the same control as on the Learners lens.
This is the part that answers questions a percentage cannot. Whether the work happened steadily or in one long session. Which Lesson consumed the time. Whether the failed attempts are spread across the Assignment or concentrated in one place.
Note: The list covers completed Lessons. A Lesson a Learner has started and not finished does not appear here, so a short Activity list next to a high Lessons Assigned figure means most of the work has not been finished rather than not been attempted.

Read it. Actions on a Learner happen elsewhere.
To message this Learner, go back to the Learners lens, select their row, and click Send Selected A Message. To change anything on their record, such as their role, location or manager, that is a Skyllful Studio task rather than a Skyllful IQ one.
Use the three lens tabs at the top to leave the page. They stay visible, so you can return to the list without going back through the Assignment.
FAQ
Location is blank on this Learner. Why? It comes from the Learner's record. A blank field means it has not been filled in, and it is fixed on the record rather than here.
Why is this Learner's Readiness different from the number I remember? Readiness is per Assignment. The same Learner can be at very different readiness on two Assignments, and this page reports only the one you came from.
The Activity list is empty but the Learner has been added for weeks. They have not completed any Lessons on this Assignment. Check Last Interaction Date on the Learners lens to see whether they have engaged at all.
Can I see everything a Learner has ever done across all their training? Not from here. Skyllful IQ reports one Assignment at a time, so you would open the same Learner on each Assignment in turn.
Does Duration mean the time the Lesson should take or the time they took? The time they took. The estimate sits behind Est Time Remaining and the Longer-Than-Expected Lessons counter on the Overview lens.
Can I message the Learner from this page? Not from here. Select them on the Learners lens and use Send Selected A Message.
