IQ Overview

Skyllful IQ is the analytics dashboard component of the Skyllful Platform, and this article introduces what IQ does and the three lenses — Assignment Overview, Curriculum, and Learner — that organize its real-time insights for administrators and managers.

What is Skyllful IQ?

Skyllful IQ is the dashboard component of the Skyllful Platform — the analytics engine of Skyllful's mobile digital adoption platform (MDAP). It uses real-time analytics to help your organization monitor how frontline workers adopt and stay engaged with the mobile apps they rely on. Insights appear in a single dashboard that shows both the current readiness of your workforce and where training is heading.

What are the three IQ lenses?

IQ organizes its analytics into three lenses. Each answers a different question, and you move between them to shift focus from the whole program down to a single learner.

Lens What it answers
Assignment Overview How is the overall training program performing, and where should I focus?
Curriculum Which lessons or modules are causing trouble, and what content needs attention?
Learner How ready are individual learners and teams?

What else can IQ do?

Beyond the three lenses, IQ users can create Custom Views to filter the dashboard to a specific segment, export charts to share, and message learners and lesson designers directly. See Related Articles below.

Who uses Skyllful IQ?

IQ is used by administrators, managers, and analysts who need visibility into training progress and workforce readiness. Learners do not use IQ; they complete their training in Skyllful Simulator.
