IQ: Dashboard Lens Overview

The Skyllful IQ dashboard organizes analytics into three lenses — Assignment Overview, Curriculum, and Learner — and this article explains what each lens shows and the key features administrators and managers use inside it.

What are the IQ dashboard lenses?

The IQ dashboard presents your analytics through three lenses. Each one narrows your focus — from the whole training program, to specific content, to individual learners — so you can start broad and drill into the detail that needs attention.

What does the Assignment Overview lens show?

The Assignment Overview lens gives you a snapshot of overall training program performance. It is the best place to start when you want to quickly assess where to focus.

Feature What it shows
Hero Chart Visualizes assignment progress over time.
Metric Cards & Graphs Surface at-risk learners, high performers, and more.
Learner Insights Learners off-pace with expected completion, learners with low lesson pass rates, users not responding to messages, and lessons taking longer than expected.
Exportable Charts One-click download for use in emails, reports, or signage.

Reference content (post-expiration): When an assignment expires, its lessons remain available as reference content (excluding Knowledge Checks). The lens then reports total lesson views, unique lessons accessed, learner engagement hours, views by learning mode, most-consumed lessons, and most active learners.

What does the Curriculum lens show?

The Curriculum lens helps you identify problems with specific training content.

Feature What it shows
Lesson-Level Analytics Knowledge checks with high failure rates, practice modes where wrong actions are frequent, and walkthroughs or videos being rushed.
Early Intervention Spot trends and message lesson designers directly from this lens for corrective action.

What does the Learner lens show?

The Learner lens dives deeper into individual and team-level data.

Feature What it shows
Hero Leaderboard Highlights top performers across customizable categories such as role, market, and region. Exportable for external sharing.
Enrolled Learner List Individual metrics — readiness percentage, time remaining, completed vs. outstanding lessons, and knowledge check attempts. Personalize columns, sort by performance, and export the full list.
Learner Profiles Click a learner's name to open a detailed profile with a visual journey of progress, a lesson-level performance breakdown, and a summary of all training activity.

How do you move between lenses and act on what you see?

All three lenses respond to your active view, so switching a Custom View updates every lens at once. From the dashboard you can also create custom view segments (by role, location, and other criteria), copy any chart with one click to export and share, and send learners reminders or encouragement that they receive in Skyllful Simulator.
