Lesson Dashboard Filter and View Options

The Lessons Dashboard gives you several controls to focus the data — by time range, learning mode, display format, and Learner attributes — so you can zero in on the performance question you are actually asking.

How do you set the time range?

Use View Lesson Data For to choose the range:

  • All-Time shows data from all Learner attempts.
  • Published Version Only shows performance on the current content.

How do you focus by learning mode?

Use View By Mode to choose which modes are included. Practice Mode and Knowledge Check Mode are both on by default; uncheck either to focus on one.

How do you change how the numbers display?

Use View As to switch the display format:

  • Percent shows the percentage of attempts with an incorrect action.
  • Count shows the raw number of incorrect actions.

How do you narrow which Lessons appear?

Use Filter By to limit the grid by category. Available categories include Assignment, Attempts, Course, Date Attempted, Fail Rate, Job Role, Market, Module, Region, Step Count, User Tag, and Warehouse.

Some of these categories reflect your organization's own configuration, so the list may look different from what another organization sees.

How do you find a specific Lesson?

Use the search field to find a Lesson by name. Use clear to remove active filters.
