Enable a Language at the Learning Program Level

Turn on a new language across a learning program.

You enable the Data Review Tool at the Learning Program level, and this article shows Program Administrators and Content Developers how to turn it on so screenshots are reviewed locally before they reach Skyllful servers.


How do you enable the Data Review Tool?

Step Action
1 Open the Learning Program you want to configure.
2 Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Learning Program Settings.
3 Select the Screen Replicas tab.
4 Turn on the Data Review settings you want to enable (see the table below).

What do the settings do?

Setting What it does
Force Data Review on all screenshots Requires all screenshots to go through review before uploading.
Allow users to upload source videos to Video Library When off, Replica Video Capture videos stay local and the Video Library tab is disabled.
Upload videos dropped into Replica Video Capture to Server Controls whether dropped videos auto-upload or stay local.

What if it doesn’t work as expected?

Contact your Local Administrator first. If your Local Administrator cannot resolve the issue, submit a case through the Skyllful support portal.
