Step Action
1 Open the Learning Program, then click Users under Quick Links to open the User Management screen.
2 Find the user with the search box or filters.
3 Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the user's name.
4 Update the fields you need, such as access levels, permissions, Manager, or Job Role.
5 Save your changes.

How do you edit many users at once?

Bulk editing is useful when several users share a change, such as a new manager.

2 Select the users you want to edit.
3 Update the shared field, for example reassign several users to a new Manager.
4 Save your changes.
