Edit User Profile
Administrators can edit a single user's profile or bulk-edit many users at once from the User Management screen in Skyllful Studio.
How do you edit one user's profile?
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Open the Learning Program, then click Users under Quick Links to open the User Management screen. |
| 2 | Find the user with the search box or filters. |
| 3 | Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the user's name. |
| 4 | Update the fields you need, such as access levels, permissions, Manager, or Job Role. |
| 5 | Save your changes. |
How do you edit many users at once?
Bulk editing is useful when several users share a change, such as a new manager.

| 1 | On the User Management screen, use the filters or the search box to narrow the list to the users you want to change. |
| 2 | Select the users you want to edit. |
| 3 | Update the shared field, for example reassign several users to a new Manager. |
| 4 | Save your changes. |
FAQ
Can I change a user's access level here? Yes. Open the user's profile and update the Simulator, IQ, or Studio access.
Can I reassign several people to a new manager at once? Yes. Filter or search to select the group, then update the Manager field for all of them.
