Edit a Job Role
Administrators can rename a single job role or edit several at once from a Learning Program's Job Roles settings in Skyllful Studio.
What is a job role in Skyllful?
Job roles let you tailor training to specific positions. They allow different courses of lessons to be assigned to learners within a single assignment. Job roles are set per Learning Program.
How do you edit one job role?
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Open the Learning Program, then click the gear (settings) icon and open the Job Roles tab. |
| 2 | Click the edit (pencil) icon to the right of the job role you want to change. |
| 3 | Enter the new name in the Job Title field. |
| 4 | Click Update. |
To remove a job role, open it and click Archive.
How do you edit several job roles at once?

|---|---|
| 1 | On the Job Roles tab, use the SELECT buttons to choose the roles you want to edit. Click Select All to choose every role. |
| 2 | Open the selected roles for editing. |
| 3 | Update each Job Title as needed. |
| 4 | Click Update. |
FAQ
Where do I edit job roles? Open the Learning Program's settings (gear icon) and go to the Job Roles tab.
Can I remove a job role I no longer need? Yes. Open the role and click Archive.
