Download Content to View Offline
Learners who work where connectivity is limited can download their assigned content in Skyllful Simulator ahead of time, and this article shows Learners how to download it, switch to offline mode, and manage their downloaded content to free up space.
Why download content for offline viewing?
If you complete training in places where internet is limited or unavailable, you can download your assigned content ahead of time. Once it is downloaded, you switch Skyllful Simulator to offline mode and complete the content without a connection.
How do you download assigned content?

| 1 | From the Skyllful Simulator main screen, tap the assigned content you want to download. |
| 2 | Tap the download icon next to the content name to save it to your device. |
| 3 | Tap back to return to the main screen. |
How do you view downloaded content offline?
| Step | Action |

| 1 | Tap the Online Mode toggle to switch to offline mode. |
| 2 | Tap into the downloaded content to complete it. |
Note: In offline mode, you can open only content you downloaded ahead of time. If you tap content that was not downloaded, you will not be able to open it until you are back online.
Where is the Offline Mode toggle?
Settings has an Offline Mode toggle. Turn it on to work offline from your downloaded content, and turn it off when you are ready to reconnect and sync your progress.
How do you manage your downloaded content?
Downloaded content takes up space on your device. You can manage it and delete content you no longer need to free up space.

| Review downloads | Open Settings to see the content you have saved for offline use. |
| Delete a download | Remove downloaded content you have finished or no longer need to free up space on your device. |
Note: If you delete content you still need offline, download it again while you have a connection.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know content downloaded successfully? A download icon appears next to the content name before you download it. Download it while you still have a connection.
Why can't I open a Lesson offline? Only content you downloaded ahead of time is available offline. Switch back to online mode to open anything you did not download.

How do I free up space? Open Settings and delete downloaded content you no longer need.
