Delete Lesson Data

Overview

To permanently remove a user’s Lesson data from Skyllful, you must do it before you deactivate the user; this article shows Administrators how.

How do you delete a user’s Lesson data?

Important: Deleting Lesson data is permanent and can’t be undone. Delete the data before you deactivate the user—you can’t do it afterward.

What if it doesn’t work as expected?

Contact your Local Administrator first. If your Local Administrator cannot resolve the issue, submit a case through the Skyllful support portal.
