Auto-Enrollment: Quick Start
Auto-Enrollment lets administrators create a shareable link or QR code that enrolls learners in Skyllful training automatically, and this quick start covers the fast path to set one up.
What do you need before you start?
The learners you want to enroll must already exist in Skyllful. Auto-Enrollment assigns training; it does not create users, unless your organization uses Auto-Provisioning with SSO authentication. To add learners first, see [LINK TO: Add a User].
How do you create an Auto-Enrollment link?

| 1 | Open the Learning Program, then click Users under Quick Links. |
| 2 | Select the Auto-Enrollment Links tab. |
| 3 | Click the plus (+) icon to create a new enrollment. |
| 4 | Enter a name and set a start date (the date the link goes live). |
| 5 | Add one or more assignments for learners to receive. |
| 6 | Set a fallback Manager and Job Role to apply to enrollees. |
| 7 | Click Create. |

How do you activate and share it?

| 2 | Copy the link to share with web and app users, or click the QR code icon to download the code. |

One link or QR code can enroll unlimited learners and stays active until you disable it.

How fast can I set up Auto-Enrollment? In a few minutes: name it, add assignments, set a fallback manager and role, click Create, and toggle Enabled.
