Approve and unapprove lesson steps.
Article Overview
Lesson Builder lets you approve individual steps or an entire Lesson, and you can reverse an approval at any time; this article shows Content Developers and Instructional Designers how.
How do you approve or unapprove a step?
| Approve a step | Unapprove a step |
|---|---|
| Click the [Approve] button within the step’s frame to approve it. | Click the [Approved] button again to reverse the approval. |
What should you keep in mind?
- There is no single-click option to reverse a full Lesson approval.
- You must reverse the approval for each step manually.
What if it doesn’t work as expected?
Contact your Local Administrator first. If your Local Administrator cannot resolve the issue, submit a case through the Skyllful support portal.
