Apply Prompt Style to Entire Lesson

Once you have styled one prompt window the way you want it, Skyllful Studio's Step Actions menu lets Content Developers and Instructional Designers paste that prompt style to every step in a Lesson at once, so you do not have to restyle each prompt by hand.

How do you apply one prompt style to the whole Lesson?

Step Action
1 Style a single step's prompt window the way you want it (see Design Prompt Window in Lesson Builder), then copy its prompt style.
2 On the Lesson steps, select the context menu (the three dots) in the top-right corner.
3 Select Step Actions.
4 Select Paste Prompt Styles to Steps.

Note: You copy the prompt style from a step you have already designed, then paste it to the rest. Pasting changes appearance only, not the instructional text or step logic.

What if the style does not apply to every step?

Confirm you copied the prompt style from a styled step before pasting. If steps still do not update, contact your Local Administrator first. If your Local Administrator cannot resolve the issue, submit a case through the Skyllful support portal.
