Add a User
Administrators can add a user to a Skyllful Learning Program by creating a new user or importing an existing one, then setting their access and job role.
What are the two ways to add a user?
You add users from the User Management screen. Click the plus (+) icon at the top right of the user list and choose one of two options:
| Option | Use it to |
|---|---|
| New User | Create a brand-new Skyllful user account. |
| Import User From Other Learning Program | Add a user who already exists in Skyllful into this Learning Program. |

How do you set the authentication type?
The authentication type decides how the user signs in and which fields are required.
| Authentication Type | Required fields | Use when |
|---|---|---|
| SSO (Single Sign-On) | The user signs in through your organization's identity provider. | |
| Skyllful Authentication | Username and Password | The user signs in with a Skyllful username and password. Email is optional. |
How do you set a user's access?
Under Access, use the Simulator, IQ, and Studio tabs to turn on what the user needs:
- Simulator: turn on Enable Simulator Access, then assign a Manager and Job Role. Any user who needs a manager must have Simulator access.
- IQ: turn on Enable IQ Access, then choose an IQ permission level (All Learners or Direct Reports).
- Studio: turn on Enable Studio Access, then choose the Studio permissions. Select no permissions to give read-only access.
